Our Strategic Systemic Team Coaching program is about transforming a learning environment to a growth environment, which is done when the learning is personal to each individual on the team.

Our coaching program focuses on working with all members of the team where we focus on both individual and team coaching. We focus on two aspects for the team which is team culture and team productivity. Team culture refers to how team members relate to one another and whether they feel they can trust and depend on each other. Team productivity relates to how efficiently work gets done.

With the individual work, we meet each person at the intersection of what the person wants to learn along with what would make them a more effective and collaborative team member. The truth to systemic team coaching is that teams grow only when individuals grow. We help the teams to reach and sustain peak performance by helping each individual see areas of growth around their interpersonal behaviors, their ability to overcome the rigidity of their own preferences and to work flexibly with different preferences in relating, reasoning, and problem-solving. Individuals need to mature in order to stand both on their own and in integrity with their team.
