Executive coaching is a skillful way to develop a leader’s self-awareness and to expand upon how they observe their world and how their “Way of Being” affects their impact and influence as a leader.
The learning is experiential and focused on helping them to find their own solutions, challenge their perceptions and guide them in areas that are blind spots or areas for growth and development.

steps to success
The coaching starts with an Engagement Launch Meeting designed to get to know the client, understand overarching goals, and align expectations. Our process typically starts with the Enneagram Assessment. We can also include 360 interviews or other feedback from key stakeholders.
As part of the process, we will use the assessment and the confidential feedback report focusing on the clients’ strengths and developmental opportunities. The feedback report helps to fine-tune goals and draft a Leadership Coaching Plan.
We will meet regularly (typically bi-weekly) to broaden the awareness, experiment with new ways of doing things, and close the gap between intentions and behaviors. Between sessions, there will be customized resources and exercises to deepen the learning and maximize the coaching impact. We finalize the engagement with a formal meeting on how well the coaching plan was executed and what would be next steps to maintain the progress and what if any additional goals still need to be focused on.

Mindset Changes
We work with clients to help them understand the power of their mind. They will get to understand their feelings and recognize how they affect their actions. There will also be easy to increase the awareness regarding triggers, mind blocks and habits that impede success.
Self-awareness is a key starting point for leadership growth.
Behavioral Changes
The focus is on supporting them in strengthening self-management, communication and relational skills. They will get to practice new behaviors and engage key stakeholders in providing feedback and “feedforward” (future-oriented) suggestions on how they can get better in their growth and development.
Sustainable Results
There will be opportunities to use specific exercises designed to deepen awareness and understand hidden patterns that get in the way. Tools will be available to help cultivate choice-based behavior and facilitate lasting change.
